1- Chew Well

Chewing is essential for good digestion and better assimilation. It is important that everything is crushed and impregnated with saliva before being swallowed. This is the time in the mouth when food is crushed and pre-digested, in the case of starches, thanks to the enzymes present in saliva.
2- Eat Quietly
A meal in peace will always be better digested than a meal in stress even if it is composed of good organic vegetables.
Sometimes it is better to settle for herbal tea or juice rather than eating in stressed.
3- Feed the Flora
Provide your good bacteria with the food they need through foods rich in probiotics and prebiotics.
4- Digestive Rest
Snacking and meals are taken without hunger (just because it’s time to eat) only tire your digestive system. It is important to eat only if you are hungry! So to differentiate physical hunger from emotional hunger or hunger out of habit or because it’s time.
It is quite normal from time to time to feed your emotional body with a pastry for example. But do it knowingly and refrain from repeating this pattern too often.
5- Avoid Unnecessary Antibiotic Therapy:
Treating yourself with antibiotics for the slightest ailment damages your flora and weakens your immune system. Not only are antibiotics not always justified (in the case of a virus, for example) but on top of that you risk falling ill again shortly afterward because your flora will be destroyed.
Ensure with your doctor that they are useful and never use the leftover antibiotics from a previous illness lying around in your first aid kit.
So if you have any leftovers at home, remember to return them to your pharmacy.
