Different Ways to Enjoy Avocado to Maintain Young Skin & Healthy Heart

 

Have you ever tasted Avocado? It is a highly nutritious food with enclosed fatties necessary for a strong body. Fatties, antioxidants, and vitamins are available in this fruit, which supports keeping the body safe from high blood pressure, heart problems, and cardiovascular issues. It is advised to use Avocado to maintain your youth, strong, and moisturized skin by increasing the collagen level. Here are some of the ways to enjoy this healthy food:

Avocado Toast

You can choose a wide range of avocado toast to enjoy the delicious taste. It is one of the widely used ways. The addition of feta helps in changing the flavor. In order to make avocado toast, you require bread, feta, Avocado, pepper, salt, paprika, and lemon juice. 

First of all, toast the selected number of bread. Now take the avocados and mash them up with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Take out the toasted bread and spread the already prepared mixture on the bread. Use feta chunks for topping and toast avocado is just ready to serve.

Summer Vegetable Rolls of Avocado

Vegetable rolls are the best snack to take in the summer season. The delicious rolls are filled with Avocado, peaches and tofu. Basil dip of coconut is served with these rolls. In order to prepare these rolls, you require the following ingredients:

  • Tofu Slices – Four Ounces
  • Rice Cooked Noodles – Four Ounces
  • Sesame Seed – A Pinch
  • Mint 
  • Basil
  • Peaches- Two
  • Avocado – One Ripe

In order to make the sauce, use these ingredients:

  • Lime Juice – One tablespoon
  • Cashew Butter – One Tablespoon
  • Basil – ¼ Cup
  • Coconut Milk – ¼ Cup
  • Sea salt – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Ginger – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Garlic Cloves – 1/2

First of all, make the basil sauce by adding coconut milk, garlic, lime juice, cashew butter, and basil in a bowl. Now make the summer rolls. Take a glass of water and add rice paper in this glass just for seven seconds. In order to dry the rice paper, place it over a paper towel. Add the filling in the central area of the rice paper and try to fold the bottom area. Make some effort to drive the filling inside the wrapped area. Keep on adding rice in rolls till these are properly filled. Close the summer vegetable rolls and use basil sauce while serving the dish. 

Avocado Simple Salad

If you make a salad, add avocados to improve the taste and nutritious level. People who love salads should try cucumber, peach, corn, and Avocado in the salad. These ingredients are healthy and ideal to satisfy the stomach in warm weather. Take the grilled form of corn (at least three), sea salt, juice of one lime, basil leaves (eight), diced Avocado (one), cube form of peaches (two), half cucumber, green pepper (one in diced form) and diced red pepper. Cut all the ingredients and mix them well. You can use sea salt, olive oil, or lime juice for the topping.
