Chicken Steak with White Sauce
Ingredients:
- To make chicken steak, you will need:
- Chicken (2 breast pieces)
- Salt (to taste) 1 tsp
- Garlic powder paste 1 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce- 2 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce- 1 tablespoon
- One big-sized lemon (juice)
- Two tablespoon oil (for frying)
Ingredients:
White Sauce
- Butter- 2 tablespoon
- Cheese-100 g
- Milk- 1 mug
- Salt to taste
- Pepper- ½ teaspoon
- All-purpose flour- 1 tablespoon
Steak with White Sauce
Preparation Method:
In a zipper bag, insert your chicken pieces and bash until flatten. Then, mix all the ingredients except chicken in a large bowl to make a liquid formula. Now, one by one completely, dip your chicken in the mixture and leave it to marinate for 1-2 hours. After marinating, in a pan, pour two tablespoons of oil and fry for 15 minutes on both sides.
Preparation Method:
White Sauce
In a fryingpan, melt butter and stir fry all-purpose flour on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Then add spices and milk, little by little, to make a paste. Finally, add cheese and stir for a minute, then turn the flame off.
For a better presentation, serve chicken steak with potato chips and Russian salad.
