Chicken Bread Recipe
My family members love this Chicken Bread Recipe. This is one of the best entertaining dishes for parties and other occasions. I love to eat once a week. This dinner dish is healthy, creamy, and appetizing. You also try to make at home and the family and friends will appreciate you.
Chicken Bread
Ingredients:
(For bread dough)
2 cup all-purpose flour
11-gram yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
½ cup warm milk
(For the Chicken Filling)
1 cup shredded chicken
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
1 ½ tablespoons plain flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 small capsicum, finely chopped
1 tablespoon softened butter
2 tablespoons chopped olives
1 small onion, chopped
(Assembling + Dressing)
Egg
Sesame seeds
Chicken Bread
Preparation Method:
(Dough)
In ½ cup warm water, mix sugar and yeast, then cover and put in a hot place so that after 10 minutes the yeast will double.
In a large dish put plain flour, oil, and salt and pour in the yeast and make a soft dough using milk. Then cover and keep it aside for an hour. After an hour, knead the dough again for 10 minutes and cover and keep aside again.
(Chicken Filing)
In a pan, fry onions in butter until translucent, then add the plain flour and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Take off the heat and add milk to make a paste. Then add black pepper and salt.
Put on flame again and add capsicum and shredded chicken cook the mixture until all ingredients dry and mix well together. Add olives, mix, and take off the heat.
Assembling
Roll the dough in a rectangular shape. Put prepared chicken mixture in between, leaving folding space on all 4 sides. Cut the sides into small strips so that they can be folded and overlap with each other. Fold up the strips over each other, over the mixture. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. It is important to note that you can make them in any shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 180-degree Celsius preheated oven.
