Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients:
Bread slice 6
Sugar 1 cup
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Milk 4-5 tbsp
Cream/light yogurt
Water 1 ½ cup
Cardamom seeds 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Preparation Method:
Remove the side of the bread, and cut it into a square piece.
Add cream and powdered milk and gradually kneed it until it forms a dough.
Leave it for 10 minutes.
In a pot add sugar, water, and cardamom. Cook till sugar is dissolved.
Make small balls of dough.
In a pot add oil and heat it on low to medium flame
Fry the balls till golden brown.
Then transfer it into the sugar syrup
Cook it for 30 minutes on low to medium flame
Dish it out
