Lahori Tawa Chicken is one of the celebrated dishes of Lahore, Pakistan. Chicken tawa has a spicy taste and the dish prepared after the chicken is marinated and cooked with spices like red chili, salt, and whole spices powder are included to give it a strong aromatic taste. This special Lahori Chicken carry the best taste and you must try to make at home.

Lahori Tawa Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken 04 large pieces

01 tbsp red chili

Cumin seeds 01 tbsp

Whole spices powder 01 tbsp

Coriander powder 01 tbsp

01 tbsp green chilies (chopped)

01 tbsp garlic juice

04 tbsp yogurt

01 tbsp ginger juice

01 cup oil

Coriander leaves for garnish

Salt to taste

Lemon juice 01 tbsp

Chopped onion 01 (small)

Lahori Tawa Chicken

Preparation Method:

In a bowl take the chicken and add garlic juice, ginger juice, lemon juice.

Marinate for 8-10 hours for a better taste and keep in the fridge.

Heat up oil in a flat pan.

Then place marinated chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then add yogurt, green chilies, cover the lid and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on a low flame.

Mix coriander and green chilies in it.

Spicy Lahori Chicken Tawa dish is ready to serve.

Serve with hot naan, green raita and garlic chili sauce.
