Chicken wontons recipe, like at the restaurant but at home;)

Today I’m offering you a classic little appetizer of Chinese restaurants that I love: fried chicken wonton recipe!
I offer you the chicken version here, but you can substitute it with minced meat or even shrimp! For chicken, I advise you to choose preferably the thigh which will have more taste and more fat!
The chicken wontons are simple and quick to make because the folding of the ravioli (Italian Pasta) 9 Roll Patti in India & Pakistan) is the most basic there is: in chaplain! All Chinese ingredients are available in specialized grocery stores.
Chicken Wontons
Ingredients
300 g. of chicken
50 g. water chestnut or bamboo shoots
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Spring onion – 1
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. Rice alcohol
1/2 cc. salt
1 egg white
1 tbsp. cornflour
1/2 cc. ground white pepper
20 wonton ravioli leaves
Oil for Frying
Chicken Wontons
Preparation Method:
Finely chop the chicken with a knife. Cut the water chestnuts into small cubes and chop the spring onion. Mix them in a bowl with ginger, sesame oil, rice alcohol, and salt and pepper
Add the egg white and starch, mix well to get a thick, slightly sticky paste. Keep aside and cool for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan to 170 ° c. stuffed wontons with 1 tsp. stuffing in each and fold them into a chaplain.
Fry the ravioli in small batches until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
Enjoy them hot with the sauce of your choice and enjoy! Enjoy your meal’
