1- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)

We talk about CFS when unexplained fatigue has been present for at least 6 months and it affects different areas of your life, such as interpersonal relationships, anxiety, or cognitive problems such as memory and concentration.

If you do not suffer from any deficiency, your fatigue could still be the result of poor eating habits. It is possible that your body lacks vitamins and minerals, essential to function, or that the content of your meals does not meet your needs. Your body will then have to draw on its reserves by choosing its priorities, thereby neglecting certain functions.
A hearty breakfast will allow you to start the day off on the right foot, while a protein-rich dinner will give you energy, and a light and easy-to-digest supper will help you get a good night’s sleep.
6- Excesses (sugar, fat, salt, alcohol, coffee)
Consumed excess sugar and fat, salt and alcohol will harm your body and your digestion while promoting the development of many diseases such as cardiovascular disorders or obesity.
And if coffee and drinks containing stimulants are for many a solution to temporary fatigue, they could unfortunately cause the opposite effect in case of abuse. After about four cups a day (or 400mg of coffee) your blood pressure increases, as does your heart rate and your nervousness.
By mistreating our metabolism in this way, slowing down its activity, you are very likely to delay falling asleep and experience some digestive discomfort, among other things!
7- Tired Due to Dehydration

We neglect it too often, but good hydration is essential for our physical and mental well-being.
