Ingredients | Dry Fruits Laddu
- Raisins, 3 tbsp
- Ghee, 1 tbsp
- Seedless dates, 1 cup
- Pistachios, ÂĽ cup
- Cashews, ÂĽ cup
- Cardamom powder, ½ tbsp
- Almonds, ÂĽ cup
Preparation Method | Dry Fruits Laddu
- Add seedless dates in a blender jug and blend.
- Blend them plainly and keep them aside.
- Now, delicately chop almonds, pistachios, and cashews.
- Add 1 tbsp of ghee in a Kadai.
- Add chopped dry fruits into the Kadai.
- Fry them for 3-4 minutes until their color is changed.
- Then add blended seedless dates.
- Now include cardamom powder and mix well.
- Fry till the dates initiate discharging oil.
- Now turn off the burner and let it be cool for 2 minutes.
- Then start making ladoos right now. Don’t cool the mixture fully otherwise, you won’t be capable of making ladoos.
- Serve immediately.
- You can also store these ladoos in an airtight container.
Important Notes:
- Adjust the number of dry fruits according to your choice.
- You can also add coconut, dry figs, or nuts according to your needs.
- If you like sweeter ladoos then increase the proportion of dates.
- Do not cool the mixture completely otherwise, you won’t be able to make ladoos. You can microwave the mixture to warm it again.
