Dry Fruits Laddu | Dry Fruits Ladoo Recipe

Preparation Time – 15 minutes

Cook Time – 10 minutes

Total Time – 25 minutes

  • Raisins, 3 tbsp
  • Ghee, 1 tbsp
  • Seedless dates, 1 cup
  • Pistachios, ¼ cup
  • Cashews, ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder, ½ tbsp
  • Almonds, ¼ cup

  1. Add seedless dates in a blender jug and blend.
  2. Blend them plainly and keep aside.
  3. Now, delicately chop almonds, pistachios, and cashews.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of ghee in a Kadai.
  5. Add chopped dry fruits into the Kadai.
  6. Fry them for 3-4 minutes until their color is changed.
  7. Then add blended seedless dates.
  8. Now include cardamom powder and mix well.
  9. Fry till the dates initiate discharging oil.
  10. Now turn off the burner and let it be cool for 2 minutes.
  11. Then start making ladoos right now. Don’t cool the mixture fully otherwise you won’t be capable make ladoos.
  12. Serve immediately.
  13. You can also store these ladoos in an airtight container.
  • Adjust the number of dry fruits according to your choice.
  • You can also add coconut, dry figs, or nuts according to your need.
  • If you like sweeter ladoos then increase the proportion of dates.
  • Do not cool the mixture completely otherwise you won’t be able to make ladoos. You can microwave the mixture to warm it again.
