Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup of Turkish YOGURT

1 piece of garlic clove (mashed)

2 tbsp of butter

1 tsp of dried chili flakes

ÂĽ cup of walnut, crushed

2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

1 flat-leaf parsley

1 tsp of red peppercorns

Pepper and salt

Preparation Method:

Crack each egg in a separate, shallow bowl. Prepare the water you need to poach the eggs. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and add vinegar. Reduce the heat to simmer.

Create a vortex inside the water and add eggs one at a time gently, one after another, by lowering the bowl and pouring gently into the water.

Cook for about three minutes, or continue to cook for a soft yolk or even for about four to five minutes for a hard yolk. Drain excess water with a paper towel.

Stir the yogurt into a bowl, add mashed garlic, then stir. Share the yogurt on serving plates.

Put the butter in a small skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the chili flakes and stir until they sizzle and are crushed for about one to two minutes until the butter becomes golden.

Put the eggs over yogurt and pour in the spiced butter alongside the walnuts over the eggs. Garnish your eggs using parsley and sprinkle using red peppercorns, pepper, and salt to taste.
