Tempting Potato Fish Kabab Recipe
Seafood lovers desire to taste a variety of food cuisine. Potato Fish Kabab is a recipe that can be served at breakfast, lunchtime or tea time. People love to take kabab with Pulao and Biryani. Working women can make the Fish Kabab in their free time and freeze it for their next time use. Shallow fry the tasty dish to make your happy moments more special.
Potato Fish Kabab

Ingredients
Egg – Four
Corn Flour – Two tbsp.
Potato – 300 grams
Salt to taste
Crushed Black Pepper – One tbsp.
Lemon Juice – One tbsp.
Crushed Red Chili – One tbsp.
Cumin Powder – One tbsp.
Bread crumbs – as required
Green Chili – Two Pieces
Coriander – One tbsp.
Fish Boneless – 300gram
Cheese – 50 gram
Maida Flour (white wheat flour) – One Cup
Potato Fish Kabab Recipe

Preparation Method
Take a cooking pot and add potatoes, salt, and water. Let the potatoes get boiled and mashed. Take a deep bowl and add boneless fish pieces, cornflour, lemon juice, and salt. Keep the marinated fish in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take a cooking pan and add fish pieces to it. Fry the pieces till the fish gets a light brown color. Chop the fried pieces. Take a bowl and add mashed potatoes, one egg, fried chopped fish, crushed red chili, green coriander, cumin powder, salt, green chili, black pepper, cheese, and salt. Mix well and make a medium-sized kabab and place wooden sticks to fry or grill.
Use fine flour to cover the fish kebab. Dip the kababs in well-beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs or without.
Grill or fry till the potato fish kababs get a golden brown color. Serve with your favorite Sauce.
