Ingredients
1 kg plain flour
3/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil
1 cup of warm water

Preparation Method
In a large bowl add plain flour, salt, baking powder, caster sugar, and baking soda.
Mix it well.
Then add yogurt and oil
Mix it till all the ingredients are well combined.
Add warm water and knead it till it comes in the form of dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours grease your hands and knead it again.
Make medium-sized balls
With the help of a roller give the dough a round shape.
Apply water on one side.
Heat up a flat pan.
Put the waterside over the pan.
After 1 minute turn the flat pan upside down.
Cook it for 1 more minute.
Tandoori Roti on Tawa is ready.
