Sweet Samosas
Ingredients
250-gram Khoya
3 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp pistachio
6-8 almonds
2 cup plain flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

Preparation Method
Take a deep bowl and add plain flour, salt, and oil.
Mix it well.
Add water and knead it till it forms in the dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a dish add khoya, raisins, almonds, and pistachio.
Mix it well.
Make small balls of dough
Give a round shape with the help of a roller.
Keep it on the samosa cutter.
Fill the khoya mixture on it.
Then give the shape with the help of a cutter.
Take a frying pan add cooking oil in it and heat up on the middle flame.
Fry all the samosas till golden brown.
Dish it out and garnish it with almonds and pistachio. You can also use Silver paper.
Sweet Samosas or Meethay Samosay are ready.
