Spaghetti and Meatball Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 7 ounces Pgk. Ready-cut uncooked spaghetti, elbow macaroni or short curved pasta
- 1cup of water
- A 28-ounce jar of spaghetti sauce
- 12 frozen precooked meatballs of any brand
- 2 tbsp of shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley.
Spaghetti and Meatball Stew Recipe
Preparation Method:
- Grease your 2-quart (12Ă—8-inch) baking dish. Inside the greased baking dish, mix your uncooked spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, and water; make sure they are mixed thoroughly. Add the meatballs; turn to ensure perfect coating of the meatball with the sauce. (Cover up the spaghetti entirely using your sauce.) Then, cover firmly using foil; refrigerate for not less than 8 hours or even do that overnight.
- Heat your oven to about 350o Cover and bake for about 45 minutes. Uncover; then sprinkle with the cheese. Bake again but this time uncovered for extra five to ten minutes or continue to bake till the stew is bubbly and the cheese completely melted. Then sprinkle using Parsley.
Cook Tips:
You can use chicken meatballs or other meatballs also.
