Smoked Meat Mince
Ingredients
½ kg qeema
2 large onions
3 medium-sized tomatoes
¼ tsp all spices powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies
1 tbsp coriander leaves
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt as taste
2 tbsp oil
1 cup of water
Smoked Meat Mince
Preparation Method
In a deep pan add oil.
Heat it.
Add onion.
Fry it till the onion turns pink.
Add minced meat.
Mix it well till the color becomes white.
Add chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
Mix it well.
Add tomatoes and mix them.
Then add water.
Cover it and cook till meat is tender.
Add all spices and mix again.
Garnish it with green chilies, and coriander leaves.
Put a foil sheet in the middle of the cooked meat mince.
On foil put hot coal.
Drop some drops of oil over the coal.
Cover immediately. It will give smoke.
Give smoke for 5 minutes.
Dish it out.
Meat Mince is ready, serve with Nan, bread or boiled rice and green salad.
