Ingredients:
For Biryani:
- Red chili powder 01 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Whole red chili 5-6
- Dried plum 3-4
- Crushed coriander 02 tbsp
- Whole cumin 02 tbsp
- Whole cinnamon 02
- Cloves 4-5
- Black cardamom 2-3
- Turmeric powder 01 tbsp
- Black pepper 6-8
- Ginger 01 medium piece
- Fennel seeds 02 tbsp
- Carom seeds 01 tbsp
- Tenderizing powder 01 tbsp
Ingredients for Korma:
- Beef 01 kg
- Soaked rice 750 gram
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Potatoes 3 medium size
- Onion 03 medium size
- Garlic powder 02 tbsp
- Ginger powder 02 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Green chili 4-5
- Whole spices as required
- Fresh coriander leaves 02 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves 02 tbsp
- Orange food color ½ tbsp
- Oil 01 cup

How to Make Sindhi Beef Biryani?
- Blend all the spices except dried plum, cinnamon, and black cardamom.
- Heat up oil in a cooking pot; add chopped onion and fry until light brown color appear.
- Then add beef and fry well. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, and mix it.
- Include yogurt and prepared biryani masala and cook water separately.
- Add some water and cook meat on a high flame until beef is tender.
- When the meat is half cooked, add potatoes in it. Give a layer of tomatoes on the top of korma and also add green chilies.
- Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Cover it and cook on a low flame.
- Now take an extra bowl and add water in it. Add some salt, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, and bay leaf and bring to boil.
- Then add soaked rice and cook the rice.
- Now set a layer of boiled rice on top of korma and some fried onion.
- Add a pinch of orange food color.
- Keep on dum for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Delicious Sindhi beef biryani is ready.
- Dish it out and serve hot.
