Shredded Beef Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
2 cup dal Chana
4-5 garlic cloves
1 medium-size ginger
8-10 whole red chilies
2 medium-size onions
Salt as taste
All spices whole
4 black cardamom
2-3 bay leaves
5-6 cloves
8-10 black pepper
2-3 whole cinnamon
I tbsp cumin seeds
For Mixing
Chopped Onion 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Mint chopped 1 cup
Shredded Beef Kebab Recipe

Preparation Method:
Wash the beef.
Wash Chana dal and soak it for 1 hour.
In a deep pan add beef, dal Chana, ginger, garlic, onion, and all whole spices.
Then add water and salt.
Mix it well.
Let it cook until beef is tender.
Now separate the Dal Chana and beef.
Shred the beef and chop the Dal mixture.
Mix both things altogether.
Add coriander leaves, chopped onion, and mint.
Mix it well.
Give the shape of kebab.
Add cooking oil in the frying pan.
Heat it up.
Fry the kebabs till golden from both sides.
Serve it with ketchup, mayo, and lachha paratha.
