Salted Pistachio Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 of 12 ounces of chocolate baking chips (semi-sweet chips).
- ÂĽ cup of roughly chopped pistachios.
- 1 ½ tsp of sea salt.
Salted Pistachio Chocolate Bark
Preparation Method:
1- Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray cooking spray inside. Keep it aside
2- Inside a medium glass bowl add your chocolate baking chips.
3- Pour water to about three inches in a saucepan and put on heat to boil. Put your glass bowl with chocolate inside boiling water in the saucepan.
4- Stir the chocolate chips using a spatula while they thawed out. You can continue to stir till pour-able and even.
5- Pour thawed chocolate into your baking sheet with grease inside. Make sure you spread the chocolate inside the baking sheet till it is about one-quarter thick.
6- Now go ahead and sprinkle with pistachio and sea salt
7- Put the baking sheet inside the refrigerator and allow it to stay for an hour.
8- Break your Salted Pistachio Chocolate Bark into jagged pieces and dish them up.
