Mutton Liver Masala
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Mutton lever
2 Medium size chopped onions
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp red chili
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2-3 green chili chopped
Mutton Liver Masala
Preparation Method:
In a deep pan add oil.
Then add onion and green chili.
Fry it till the onion is brown.
Add mutton lever.
Mix it well.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, and turmeric powder.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then add yogurt.
Mix it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Now add salt and mix it.
Garnish it with Kasuri Methi and Fresh coriander leaves.
Dish it out and Enjoy It.
Cook’s Tip:
Add salt when the mutton liver is tender, if you add it before the liver will become hard.
