Khoya Peda Recipe is a rich Indian sweet recipe that is prepared during festivals like Holi, Dewali, and Navrati or any special occasion. You can make instant milk peda, which is prepared from milk powder with condensed milk. Learn how to make Peda Recipe quickly and easily with khoya and flavored with cardamom.

Khoya crushed                        500 gms

Caster sugar                            300 gms

Pistachios, sliced                     10 pieces

Cardamom powder                  ½ tsp

Food color (optional)                 2-3 drops

Cookie Molds

Take a pan and combine khoya with caster sugar.

Heat this mixture on a low flame; keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Remove from the heat and cool it for 10 minutes.

Add cardamom powder and desired food color and mix well.

Take a small portion of this mixture and press into the desired cookie mold.

Take it out from the mold carefully.

Place and press 2 slices of pistachio in the middle.

Follow the procedure and make pedhas for all the available khoya mixture.

Delicious Pedas are ready to serve or keep in a tight jar.

The above sweat recipe is the basic version. You can add the desired essence, color, and topping. Use varied flavors, such as cocoa powder, cashew powder, walnut powder, etc. Add the desired ingredients when the khoya mixture is half-cooked.
