Guacamole Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled and stoned
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
6 spring onions, finely chopped
2 fresh green chilies, remove seeds and finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice or fresh lime
Salt and freshlt grind black or white pepper to taste
Coriander sprigs, to garnish
Guacamole Dip Recipe
Preparation Method:
Put the ripe avocado halves into a large bowl and mash them roughly with a large fork.
Add the remaining ingredients. Combine well and season with salt and black or white pepper.
Serve Guacamole garnished with fresh coriander sprigs.
