Gola Kabab Recipe is a speedy to make and a simple recipe. Today, we are sharing the famous Gola Kabab Recipe that you normally eat at a restaurant or in a marriage celebration. However, you can easily manage to make this yummy dinner recipe in your kitchen.
Gola kabab is one of the best and a traditional dinner dish in the whole sub-continent. People love to make it in a dissimilar style with chicken and mutton or beef. In this recipe, I am using boneless beef as it has superior texture and flavor and it is juicy and soft kabab.

Gola Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
½ kg Beef
2 medium sizes Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 piece Ginger
1 cup Fresh coriander
3 green chilies
1 cup Mint
1 tbsp red chili
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Salt as taste
1 tsp all spices powder
1 tbsp crushed coriander
Gola Kabab Recipe
Preparation Method:
Wash the meat and cut it into small cubes. You can use meat mince (beef mince)
In a chopper, add beef, onion, coriander leaves, mint, garlic, and ginger. You include red chili, salt, cumin powder, crushed coriander, and all spices powder also.
Cover it and chop it until all the items are combined well.
Take out in a bowl.
Grease hands and give it the shape of the required kabab.
In a pan, add oil and heat it up. Now, add Gola Kebab to fry them under medium heat until golden brown.
When it becomes golden brown, dish them out.
Serve Gola Kabab with paratha or chapatti accompanied by ketchup and green salad.

Cook’s Notes
- Ensure to remove extra water from meat before grinding. Otherwise, it will be tough to make Gola Kabab if it has some water.
- Use an appropriate quantity of meat tenderizer to get soft, juicy kabab. But never use much quantity otherwise, it will break.
- Kebab can be grilled or make it as a barbeque.
