Mango chutney, 1 tsp

Green chili, chopped, 1

Fresh coriander, chopped, to garnish

Spring onion, chopped, to garnish

Preparation Method:

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and add the chopped garlic.

Lower the heat. Add the chopped tomatoes along with the salt, chilies, mango chutney, lemon juice, and fresh chili.

Finally, add the shrimps, turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly until they are heated through.
