Ingredients:
150 grams of pineapple,
200 grams of beef,

Preparation Method
Cut the beef horizontally, just to cut it against the texture of the meat. In other words, the texture of the knife and meat is 90 degrees vertical, and the cut pieces of meat have a zigzag pattern. If you cut along the texture, it will not be easy to bite and tender, mix with raw soy sauce, starch, pepper, egg whites, and add olive oil and mix evenly and keep it for a few minutes.
