Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Chicken Breast – Four Pieces
- Sweet Potatoes in cube form – 750 grams
- Chopped Prosciutto – 50 grams
- Red Onion – Two
- Red Tomato – Two
Ingredients for Dressing:
- Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice – One Piece
- Tahini – 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil – 4 tablespoons
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Miso White Paste – 1 tablespoon

- Baby Kale – 150 grams

Preparation Method
1st Step:
First of all, heat the microwave to 180C. Take a baking tray and put the red onions and sweet potatoes in it. Drizzle over the ingredients with olive oil. Roast the onions and potatoes till they get tender.
2nd Step:
Take all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Take another baking tray for chicken and prosciutto. Put the dressing on each piece of chicken. Now bake the chicken in the microwave for 15 minutes with potatoes.
3rd Step:
Preheat the grill on high flame and grill the breast pieces for four minutes.
4th Step:
Take a large size mixing bowl for kale and add carrots, olive oil, lemon juice and half of the Pomegranate seeds.
5th Step:
Take a platter and organize the Kale salad with onions and potatoes. Now make a slice of Avocado and Chicken and place in the platter. Sprinkle the dressing and the remaining pomegranate seeds.
