Make Delicious Falafel
Falafel is a beloved Middle Eastern dish made from ground chickpeas or fava beans, mixed with herbs, spices, and garlic, then shaped into balls or patties and deep-fried to golden perfection. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, offer a delightful balance of flavors, with earthy legumes complemented by the freshness of parsley and cilantro. It’s a versatile food, often served in pita bread with toppings like tahini, hummus, fresh veggies, or pickles, but it’s equally satisfying as a snack or part of a mezze platter. Delicious Falafel
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled Chickpea
1 Large onion sliced cut
3-4 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 Green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
Salt as taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
Oil for frying

Delicious Falafel
Preparation Method:
Add chickpeas, onion, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, and chopped green chili In a chopper.
Then add red chili, salt, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
Chop it well till all the ingredients are combined.
Take it out in a bowl.
Give it the shape of a kabab.
In a pan add oil.
Heat it.
Deep fry all the falafels.
When it becomes brown dish it out.
Delicious Falafels are ready.
