Chicken Meat Recipe

Ingredients:

½ kg of chicken

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp black pepper

Salt as taste

1 tbsp ginger powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

3 tbsp yogurt

1 cup of rice flour

3 tbsp tomato sauce

3 tbsp chili garlic sauce

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped ginger

2 green chilies

2 tbsp spring onion

4-5 Kari patta

1 pinch red color

1 tsp red chili

Salt as taste

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp all spices powder

Chicken Meat Recipe

Preparation Method:                   

Wash the chicken and cut in cubes

In a large bowl add chicken salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper, vinegar.

Mix it well and leave in for 2 hours.

After 2 hours add rice flour and mix it again.

In a pot add oil.

Heat it up then fry the chicken till brown.

In other pan add oil.

Then add Kari patta, ginger, and garlic.

Fry it for 2 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and chili garlic sauce.

Mix it well.

Add fried chicken.

Mix it well.

Then add all dry spices.

Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.

Add red color and mix it till well combined.

Add spring onion and green chili.
