When we prepare something nice and tasty for friends’ parties, we always try to make quick recipes that are quick to make and nibble on with your fingertips and it can be easy to take away too. On an aperitif evening with friends, a few days earlier I tasted the Chicken Petites, Chicken bites, and saté de Picard (thank you, friend, for the express meals). Later, I told myself that I could make these little scented chicken balls myself and chicken kofta curry!

Later, I did it and after making Chicken kofta Balls and fried them in a frying pan I enjoyed it.

After a few weeks, I arranged a party for my Indian friends. So, I decided to make Chicken Kofta Curry.

I embarked on a Kofta Curry Recipe that turned out to be bafflingly simple.

The end of the week continues with Indian notes and colors. It was so difficult for me to resist these flavors. And then, it goes well with the Kofta Curry Recipe with potato (aloo in Hindi).

It’s spicy, yes, of course, but if the spices are dosed well, it’s more fragrant than spicy. However, if it scares you anyway, just reduce the amount of spices a little; it will not spoil the flavor of the dish.

Chicken kofta curry is liked by all the folk of the subcontinent. People make this chicken kofta gravy dish as a regular meal. People also like to eat chicken kofta gravy with naan or roti. So come and try this delicious chicken kofta recipe.
