Ingredients:
- Baking mix (2/3 cups).
- Grated hard cheese (1/2 cup).
- Garlic salt or salt (1/2 teaspoons).
- Paprika (1/2 teaspoons).
- 3 pieces of skinless and boneless chicken breast. Cut these pieces crosswise (1/2-inch strips).
- Melted margarine or butter (3 tablespoons).
- Eggs (1 only).

Preparation:
- Prepare the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place foil on the cookie sheet and use cooking spray.
- Mix paprika, salt and baking mix in a bag.
- Dip 50 % of the chicken piece into a beaten egg.
- Seal the bag and shake it to coat.
- Drizzle melted butter on the chicken and place it on the cookie sheet.
- Bake it for 15 minutes. And delicious ultimate chicken fingers are ready.
