Cardamom powder ½ tbsp

Gourd (shredded) ½ kg

Milk 01 cup

Green color ½ tbsp

Sugar 1 ½ cup

Khoya 01 cup

Preparation Method:

In frying pan heat ghee, add cardamom. Add shredded gourd and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium flame.

Then add one cup of milk and cover the lid now until milk dries.

Add green food color and mix well.

Then add sugar and mix it until it dissolves.

Add almonds, raisins, pistachio, and khoya. Mix well and heat until batter leaves the sides.

Garnish with pistachio, almonds, and raisins.
