A traditional Beef Stew with thick and rich gravy.  It is an ideal recipe for dinner. Medium cuts boneless beef on medium slow-cooking helping to get a tender dish for dinner. Everyone will praise your cooking talents and love will seek the traditional recipe procedure to cook it at their home and amaze their guests.

Dinner Recipe

Ingredients

½ kg braising beef

Onion medium size 5

2 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garlic paste

Cooking oil 4 tablespoon

Whole red chili round 10-12

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon

Bay leaves 2

Cinnamon small pieces 2-3

Cardamom 2

Cloves 2-3

Yogurt 2 tablespoon

Tomato 2 medium size cut in small pieces

Green chili 3

Coriander leaves

2 cups of water

Preparation Method

Take a wok pan or a metal cooking pan and place it on a medium-low flame. Add oil and heat up; add sliced onion (half portion). Stir fry until it becomes light golden.

Add beef pieces in the cooking pan and make it fry for few seconds until it changes color.

Add ginger and garlic paste. Also include round chilies in it.

Include turmeric powder, salt to taste and coriander powder. Also add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, clove and 2 green cardamoms with yogurt.

Also, add crushed tomatoes in the cooking pan and mix them completely.

Add 2 cups of water or as desired to tender the beef or meat. Cover the cooking pan for 25-30 minutes to tender the meat halfway. Add remaining onion and cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Remove the cooking pan cook and add green chilies and sprigs of green coriander and mix it.

Take out in the serving bowl and garnish it with green coriander.

Beef stew is ready to serve.

Present his plate with Roti or Nan and green salad.
