Chicken broth 6 cups
Butter 2/4 cup

Baking potatoes 2 lb
All-purpose flour Âľ cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cooked diced meat
Cheddar cheese 10 oz

Preparation Method:
Inside a skillet, you should take steps to cook meat on medium-level heat for about six to seven minutes or till it turns crispier. It should be drained upon paper towel next it should be set aside after crumbling. 2 tablespoons of drippings should be reserved in a skillet. The onions should be cooked inside the dripping of meat upon medium-level heat for approximately six minutes till they turn tender.
Inside a Dutch oven that should be 6 quarts, you will have to mix potatoes, onion, and broth. Take it to a boil and reduce the heat after this. Cook for a period of 10 minutes. Inside the same skillet, melt the butter over a low level of heat. Include flour and keep mixing it till it gets smoother. Now, you cook and stir for a period of one minute. After this, stir it in two cups of milk.
Next, pour the mixture of milk into the mixture of potato. Make the addition of two remaining cups of milk, pepper, and salt. Heat over the medium level and stirring in a continuous fashion until the mixture gets bubbly and thicker.
Stir in half of the dried meat and cooked meat minced along with sour cream green onions half cup and cheese two cups. Cook till cheese melts and heat thoroughly. For an individual serving, sprinkle with remaining dried meat that remains along with a half cup of cooked minced meat and ÂĽ cup of green onions.
