The smell of raw keema can be unpleasant for some people. It is better to prepare keema then stuff in the layers of naan. There is also a fear of that if the keema is not thoroughly cooked. Always use traditional methods to prepare Qeema Naan because there is a risk if you try new methods.
Cooking Qeema Naan
Oven or Pan?
Usually, naans are cooked in a hot clay oven. But this option is not accessible. So we have 2 options: normal home oven or stovetop.
First of all, you need to prepare naan on a pan on the burner. Once is cooked from all the sides, put in the oven. When the color of naan is light brown, remove it from the oven and keep aside.
Otherwise, cook naan completely on a pan if the oven is not available. Cook naan in the same as you cook the roti on pan. Cooking on the pan is an easier and more efficient method. There is not a big difference of taste whether you are preparing naan on a pan or in an oven.
